Along Deansgate in Manchester is the old sandstone John Rylands Library belonging to the University of Manchester. It seems to be buried in amongst serried ranks of faceless new buildings, especially this pebble dashed monstrosity opposite. But I like the way the windows reflect different aspects of the much more complex library over the road.
